Mitutoyo MiSTAR
Compact workshop CNC coordinate measuring machines with absolute measurement intended for operation in demanding conditions of the production environment.
MiSTAR machines are characterized by excellent accuracy, speed, resistance to pollution (more than 2x higher than conventional machines), space-saving and 3-level temperature compensation (5-40 °C).
The design of the machine with a horizontal arm allows the user to access the measuring area from three sides, thus facilitating the installation of the measured parts.
The Mitutoyo MiSTAR CMM in conjunction with Mitutoyo’s powerful software, touch control with quick start of measuring programs, clamping fixtures and communication I/O interface form an ideal combination for automated measuring tasks or entire automatic lines.
For maximum remote overview of the machine status, software options are available:

Mitutoyo MACH
Workshop CNC coordinate measuring machines of the MACH series are machines directly intended for integration into automatic lines. By their design, they are adapted for operation in an aggressive production environment and automatic loading of measured products.
As the name of the series suggests, these are 3D machines focused primarily on durability and measurement speed, and there are 3 designs available.
Mitutoyo MACH-3A
Horizontal boom design of the CNC measuring machine with a high-speed indexed rotary table, thanks to which it achieves a very short measurement cycle and high throughput of the machine.
Mitutoyo MACH-V
A vertical boom version of the CNC measuring machine specially designed for conveyor loading, thanks to which the products can walk through the machine in both the X and Y axis.
The design of the machine allows the measured part to be placed from all 4 sides.
Mitutoyo MACH Ko-Ga-Me
The CNC measuring machine in a minimalist design is designed as a component intended for assembly in an automated measuring application. When used with a stand, it can be used as a stand-alone measuring machine.
In both cases, it excels with high speed and very small dimensions.
