Intuitive and user-friendly software allows you to create different types of references and measure geometric elements such as lengths, diameters, angles, radii. At the same time, it can detect deviations in shape: straightness, roundness, cylindricality, throw, parallelism, concentricity, concentricity, as well as measure perpendicularity and flatness or check the dimensions of threads and nuts. Comprehensive component measurement is fully automatic and takes only a few seconds.
The precision clamping system, dual temperature compensation system and built-in standards ensure automatic self-testing and objective results with every measurement made. Simple and clear interpretation of results in the form of measured values and graphic signaling. Automatic saving of results to a CSV file (Excel) and automatic creation of a measurement report in PDF format.
The function of connecting the optical system to the measuring system of the contact probe enables complex measurements in one measuring cycle. Special software functions for measuring camshafts, crankshafts and turbines. TWC function to monitor measurement trends and generate compensation values for the CNC. Each device can also be integrated to work with a robot.
Increased accuracy: a combination of optical and touch functions
Measuring devices of the Techno series can be retrofitted with the Touch Probe system. The combination of optical and touch functions offers the possibility of complete inspection of the dimensions of shafts and turned parts in production. In addition, a single machine measures the undercut, total axial runout or groove.
VICIVISION Techno performs a higher number of measurements without the need to use a metrology laboratory or other external devices.
